Landscape Labourer / Maintenance Labourer
Wage: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour depending on experience,
Temporary Full-Time (Seasonal)

As a Landscape Labourer / Maintenance Labourer, you will work closely with Foremen and Crew Leads to help complete commercial and residential landscape projects from the ground up. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
There is also potential for seasonal transition into snow removal operations during the winter months.
Responsibilities Lawn Maintenance Duties:
- Lawn mowing and trimming
- Pruning shrubs and plants
- Weeding garden beds
- General property maintenance
- Site clean-up and debris removal
Landscape Construction Duties:
- Loading and unloading materials
- Operating hand tools and small equipment
- Assisting with landscape installations
- Pushing wheelbarrows and moving materials
- General labour support for landscape crews
On days impacted by weather conditions, employees may choose to:
- Take the day off, or
- Assist with shop clean-up and equipment maintenance
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
- Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- 1–2 years of landscaping experience considered an asset
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Experience operating landscaping equipment or machinery considered an asset
