Duties
- Check bikes and scooter, troubleshooting. Identify issues and provide explanations to customers.
- Perform all related services including product assembly, repairs and maintenance.
- Answer general inquiries about products and services.
- Assist with retail store operations including opening and closing tasks.
- Promote store sales.
- Inventory management and recording tracking.
- Shipping and Receiving including pick and pack.
Skills
- Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively for various repair tasks.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs or assembly tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
