Job Purpose

- Fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings and machines.
- Ability to work outdoors during all seasons.

- May include some plumbing work
- Painting
- Wall repair
- Floor repair
- Electrical repair
- Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash, snow removal, etc.
- Knowledge of riding mower -in summer and ATV for snow removal in winter
- Perform minor repair
- Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
- Install appliances and equipment
Qualifications

- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Clean criminal record and child intervention check

Working conditions
If the job requires a person to work in special working conditions this should be stated in the job description. Special working conditions cover a range of circumstances from regular evening and weekend work, shift work, working outdoors, working with challenging clients, and so forth.
