Duties
We are looking for someone to join our team who has a flexible schedule that can work anywhere from 10am-8pm Monday-Friday. (Our operational hours change based on the season)
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients as part of a specialty program team. Your duties will include:
- Follow-up with customers through phone, text and/or email.
- Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Calling, screening and booking appointments
- Acknowledging and resolving patient concerns
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities, particularly in French, are desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and provide solutions
