Job Summary
· Approach customers with a warm welcome
· Probe politely to understand all the customer’s needs
· Present a solution for the customer to take home today
· Listen for and resolve any issues or concerns
· End with a fond farewell and an invitation to return
Working Conditions
· Simply Computing’s Vancouver retail store
· This position requires periods of sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 20kg
Qualifications
· Excellent people skills
· Fluent in English, a second language is an asset
· Open minded and willing to learn
· High school completion
· Should have valid work permit to work in Canada
