**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Offsite and Banquet Catering Chef with expertise in Italian cuisine to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will have previous experience as a personal chef and a strong background in offsite catering. You will be responsible for creating and executing Italian-inspired menus that delight our clients and their guests.
**Responsibilities:**
- Preparing high-quality Italian dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards. Knowldege of making pizza (Neapolitan style) is a plus.
- Managing food preparation and cooking at offsite and venue locations, ensuring timely service and presentation
- Overseeing kitchen staff and coordinating logistics for offsite events
- Providing exceptional customer service and representing the company professionally at all times
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a chef specializing in Italian cuisine
- Previous experience in offsite catering, preferably as a personal chef
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious food
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
