Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking person join our team. This role is essential in supporting various construction job sites across the Edmonton region by performing physically demanding tasks and driving a company vehicle to help with job clean up, organization and perform general construction related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow safety protocols, and a willingness to learn new skills.
Prior experience in construction is a plus but not required. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable industry experience and develop a career in construction.
Duties
- Assist the Site Superintendents to keep their sites clean and organized
- Replace job site construction signs as needed
- Clearing of snow on our construction sites in the winter.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery with proper safety protocols and procedures
- Regular administration related to on-site Safety Guidelinee
- Experience
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Focused attention to safety procedures and protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different job sites and tasks
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any required background checks, or drug screenings
- Must provide a Driver's Abstract clearance

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55-60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Expected hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
