Plank Restobar is looking for an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven bartender to join our team. If you're passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in your craft, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for someone who brings more than just bartending skills. You should be a team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages with consistency and efficiency.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and engaging service to every guest.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and opening/closing duties accurately.
- Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management.
- Ensure all Smart Serve and health & safety regulations are followed.
- Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests and teammates alike.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
- Valid Smart Serve Certification.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
