Duties include;
- Taking food & drink orders, serving bar/lounge guests
- Prepare classic cocktails, mixed drinks, wines & spirits, draft & bottled beer
- Maintain a cash float
- Ensure all working areas are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition at all times; Maintain bar area and glassware throughout the shift, prepare for opening and closing.
- Must have Smart Serve Certificate
- Must be available for Afternoon, Evenings & Weekend Shifts
