Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, suppliers, and customers, you will help ensure customer orders move seamlessly from purchase order through delivery and payment.

What you will do each day:
- Manage customer orders from purchase order through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Coordinate shipments, logistics documentation, and delivery updates with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support purchasing activities and supplier coordination related to customer orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, documentation, and invoicing.
- Prepare invoices, monitor payment status, and coordinate with finance partners.
- Maintain accurate information within ERP and other business systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance the customer experience.
