UROSPOT: Client Care Administrator

Hourly compensation is anticipated to fall within the range of approximately $20–22/hour depending on experience, qualifications, and overall role alignment.

Job Duties
- Act as a first point of contact for clients, creating an exceptiomally positive and professional experience with every interaction.
- Present a professional and welcoming image of the UROSPOT brand when interacting with clients, visitors, and external stakeholders.
- Answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Daily follow up on client enquires, calls, emails and questions AND confirm bookings.
- Confidently handle phone consultations and support prospective clients through the booking process.
- Manage daily scheduling and coordinate client treatments using clinic software systems.
- Handle billing responsibilities and daily reporting requirements.
- Develop a strong understanding of clinic scheduling and operational software.
- Assist the owner and clinic leadership with administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Monitor office and clinic supply inventory and coordinate orders and servicing as required.
- Help create a welcoming, respectful, and comfortable environment for clients discussing sensitive health concerns.

- Previous experience in a sales, hospitality, health, wellness, or client service environment in a receptionist or administrative capacity is considered an asset.
Work Conditions
- Operation of desktop computers, iPads, merchant terminals, and phones.
- Extended periods of sitting.
- Frequent interaction with clients, employees, management, and prospective clients.
- Flexibility with scheduling and hours as required.
- Attendance and participation in training and team meetings.
