ACTIVATION STAFF NEEDED
Location: Salmon Arm Roots & Blues Festival

We're looking for energetic and outgoing event staff to support an exciting activation featuring a touchscreen trivia kiosk, swag giveaways, and a photo opportunity as part of Salmon Arm's Roots & Blues Festival celebrations.
Available Roles: Labour Brand Ambassador (1 Position)
July 23: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Rate: $25/hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup and teardown
- Help transport and assemble activation elements
- Support opening procedures and final event setup
Team Lead (1 Position)
July 24: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
July 25: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
July 26: 10:15 AM – 8:00 PM
Rate: $28/hour
Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site staff and activation execution
- Act as primary point of contact during the event
- Ensure schedules, reporting, and client expectations are met
- Support attendee engagement as needed
Brand Ambassadors (4 Positions)
July 24: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
July 25: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
July 26: 10:15 AM – 8:00 PM
Rate: $22/hour
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage attendees
- Encourage participation in the trivia experience
- Assist guests with the photo opportunity
- Distribute promotional items and swag
- Maintain a positive and energetic brand presence throughout the event
Backup Brand Ambassador (1 Position)
July 24, 25, 26: On-call/Event Day Backup
Rate: $60/day

- Comfortable engaging with large crowds
- Reliable and professional
- Previous promotional or event experience is an asset
