Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Asphalt Sealing & Driveway Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing driveways for sealing, performing general labor tasks, and assisting with asphalt repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is eager to learn new skills in the asphalt sealing and repair industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare driveways for sealing, including cleaning, sweeping, and clearing debris
Assist with asphalt repairs, including crack filling and patching
Operate equipment and tools as needed for prep work and repairs
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety guidelines
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Assist with general labor tasks as directed by the project manager
Ensure timely completion of all jobs
Qualifications:
Previous experience in general labor or asphalt sealing is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically able to perform outdoor work and lift heavy materials
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred but not required
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work in all weather conditions
