Server/Bartender
Part-Time (Stampede Only) | CavernUs
At CavernUs, we believe great hospitality is personal.
We are a private members' wine and spirits lounge offering personalized hospitality experiences, private member storage lockers, and a community built around connection, conversation, and memorable experiences. We are not pretentious or overly formal — but we are intentional about creating a warm, polished, and welcoming atmosphere where members and guests feel genuinely cared for.
We are currently looking for a hospitality-driven Server/Bartender to join our growing team.
This is a hybrid role that goes beyond traditional serving or bartending. Our team works collaboratively across wine service, hosting, food and beverage service, member engagement, events, and day-to-day operations to help create an exceptional experience from the moment someone walks through the door.
We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in thoughtful hospitality, and wants to grow alongside a company that values professionalism, warmth, curiosity, and teamwork.
About the Role
As part of the CavernUs team, you will help create a welcoming and personalized experience for members and guests while contributing to the overall atmosphere and experience within the space.
Success in this role is not just about technical service skills. We are looking for someone who is approachable, observant, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative — someone who notices the details, anticipates needs, communicates well with others, and contributes positively to the atmosphere and culture of the room.
We value team members who help create an environment where members and guests feel genuinely comfortable, welcomed, and cared for.
Wine knowledge is important, but curiosity, coachability, and genuine hospitality instincts matter just as much.

- Support personalized member experiences, including wine service, bottle presentation, and private member storage requests
- Serve wine, beverages, and food in accordance with CavernUs standards
- Support wine presentation, including appropriate glassware and service standards, while confidently guiding members and guests through wine selections and continuing to develop wine knowledge and familiarity with member preferences
- Assist with bar service, light culinary preparation and food service, opening and closing duties, restocking, cleaning, and general operational support
- Work collaboratively with the team to support a smooth and positive service experience
- Build positive and respectful relationships with members, guests, and team members
- Take initiative and support operational needs as they arise during service
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality regarding members, guests, staff, and company information
- Follow all responsible liquor service, food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policy requirements
