Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to lead our client engagement efforts and foster long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, leadership, and analysis skills, with the ability to manage projects effectively across diverse teams. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to support our multilingual client base. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer relationship strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction
- Lead and supervise customer service teams, ensuring high-quality support and consistent service delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources and timelines to meet organizational goals
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements with clients to maximize value for both parties
- Foster effective communication channels between clients and internal departments to address needs promptly
- Provide leadership in resolving complex customer issues, ensuring positive outcomes and sustained relationships
- Support the onboarding of new clients by delivering comprehensive orientation and training sessions
Experience
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or client services roles, with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully overseeing multiple initiatives
- Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Experience supervising or managing teams within a customer service or related environment
- Analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and develop strategic plans for customer engagement
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders effectively
- Prior experience in a multicultural setting is advantageous, supporting diverse client needs and expectations
Pay: $34,400.00-$97,057.71 per year
