Property Maintenance Technician
Join the Postcard Perfect Team! If you enjoy working outdoors, this is a great opportunity. Full-time, year round technician positions available. Our company has been an industry leader in lawn care and snow removal for over twenty years and is looking to grow our amazing team. We've grown to also provide landscaping, irrigation & asphalt services to residential and commercial customers.
What We Do:
- Start your day by arriving at the yard on time and ready to work alongside the team.
- Travel to residential and commercial properties to perform a variety of property maintenance services.
- Follow company safety procedures and help maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your coworkers.
- Communicate with customers before each service to explain the work being completed and ensure they feel confident in the process.
- Use our CRM system to track completed jobs, log your time, and record materials used.
- Share any customer feedback or concerns with your supervisor so we can continue providing great service.
- Complete daily checklists and keep clear, organized notes on the work you’ve performed.
- Provide feedback on operations
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and values being part of a supportive team.
Requirements:
- Valid G Class drivers license with clean drivers abstract
- Front line customer service experience
- Reliable
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours (Including some weekends in the spring and fall)
- Effective Communication skills (Verbal and written)

Job Type: Full time, year round
Starting Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 depending on experience
Required Education/Certification:
- Landscape Exterminator Pesticide License would be an asset
- Related Post-secondary education would be an asset
- Landscape Ontario certification would be an asset
- Experience driving a tractor or heavy equipment would be an asset
