Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our vehicle inventory and the automotive market.
- Leverage social media platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Instagram, and TikTok to attract new clients and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Automotive Sales or at a Dealership (required).
- OMVIC license (required).
- Proficient in using social media for business purposes, including Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
