We’re hiring a skilled, dependable, and experienced landscaper to join our crew for the busy season and beyond. You’ll be working closely with our main guy on-site while the owner handles other job sites. This position is ideal for someone who knows the trade inside and out and wants steady work with a no-drama team. You won’t be expected to lead, but you do need to bring skill, reliability, and a solid work ethic.
This is NOT a short-term gig.
We need someone who’s committed for the summer, fall clean-ups, and ideally snow removal in the winter.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of hands-on landscaping experience (residential & commercial)
- Confident using equipment like zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Physically capable of hard, outdoor labor in all weather
- Valid G license and reliable transportation
- Can follow instructions, stay on task, and work efficiently without constant supervision
- Experience with property maintenance, grading, softscaping/hardscaping is a strong asset
- Willing to stay on into the fall and possibly winter
- Competitive Pay Based on Experience
