Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers via phone to provide exceptional service, support sales initiatives, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and must have strong Englishand have a strong ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in customer service, sales, and data management.
Duties
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information regarding our services, and account details
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, using effective phone etiquette
- Perform data entry accurately into the company's system during calls
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Respond to customer emails and quotes.
- Process customers work orders and bill out waybills.
- Communicate effectively in speaking and writing in English.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities, strong fluency in English are highly required
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Sales experience or familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
