Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Behavior Interventionist / Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention efforts, support the development of individualized treatment plans, and mentor junior staff. Your expertise in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and working with individuals with developmental disabilities will drive positive outcomes. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of behavior interventionists, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Design programs for independent life skills and independent leisure skills
- Collaborate with families and consultant to review and optimize programs
- Lead by example by directly working with the client at least twice per week
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), particularly teenagers or adults
- Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and/or Family Behavior Therapy (FBT)
- Exceptional behavior assessment and analytical skills
- Experience in leadership or supervision
- Relevant certifications or coursework in behavior analysis or related fields are an asset
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $36.00-$42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 8.0 per week
Work Location: In person
