Overview
We are seeking a dedicated General Labourer to join our dynamic team. This role involves performing a variety of hands-on tasks to support manufacturing, maintenance, and installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in fabrication, Manufacturing or related trades is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Assist with fabrication, repair, and maintenance tasks.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow instructions to complete assigned tasks
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing materials.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Perform general labour duties such as lifting, cutting, Painting and material handling as needed
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
- Basic knowledge of power tools and equipment (nice-to-have)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety procedures
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
