Job Overview
Our dynamic dental team is looking for a friendly Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Dental Assistant (DA) who has a passion for patient care, growth, and is detail-oriented. In this role, you will assist the dentist in providing top-quality patient care, support smooth clinical operations, and help create a welcoming, comfortable environment for our patients
Our family and cosmetic practice is dentist-owned and operated. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. You'll have the chance grow your techniques and skills, including working with our iTero intraoral scanner for Invisalign treatments.
This is a permanent position, available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with options for full-time or part-time schedules. Compensation is based on your certification, experience, and contributions to the team. Experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications:
- 1+ year of previous experience working in a dental clinic setting preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about procedures and oral health habits.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment supporting four-handed dentistry workflows.
- Familiarity with Maxident software is an asset
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
