Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment across various facilities. This role is essential in ensuring that our premises meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, contributing to a positive experience for clients, staff, and visitors. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure timely completion of tasks
Skills
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas
Pay: $19.00 per hour
