Job Overview
We are seeking friendly, attentive, and professional Restaurant Servers to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Universal POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed to support smooth restaurant operations
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred; knowledge of the food industry is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and upselling techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that promotes guest engagement
- Experience with food preparation, serving, and hospitality best practices is desirable
