POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales & Account Representative is responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer support to Kepler Canada's HVAC and Plumbing Contractor, Distributor, Builder, and Commercial customers. This role serves as a primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, order processing, quotations, and after-sales support while assisting the outside sales team in achieving territory sales objectives.
Working closely with the Sales, Operations, and Warehouse Departments, the Sales & Account Representative helps deliver a seamless customer experience from quotation through order fulfillment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service & Counter Sales
- Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable experience.
- Process customer orders, quotations, and product inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate products for their applications.
- Promote Kepler products by educating customers on features, benefits, and available solutions.
- Build strong relationships with HVAC & Plumbing Contractors through exceptional service and product knowledge.
Customer Sales Support
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers with product selection and pricing.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Provide spec sheets, brochures, manuals, and other support literature to customers
- Follow up on quotations and customer requests to help convert opportunities into sales.
- Provide after-sales support such as warranty, parts selection, and preliminary technical support
Order Management
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor product availability and communicate lead times to customers.
- Resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and sales documentation.
Team Support & Branch Operations
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or shipment.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and maintaining branch inventory.
- Ensure the counter, warehouse, and showroom areas remain clean, organized, and professional.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Help manage sales opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Support branch sales initiatives, promotions, and product launches.
Administration
- Maintain customer info and sales opportunities within the company CRM system.
- Assist with sales reporting and administrative tasks.
- Complete warranty, cash reconciliation, and rebate support as necessary
- Participate in ongoing product training and professional development.
- Promote a collaborative and customer-focused work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum two (2) years of customer service, inside sales, or sales support experience.
- Experience within HVAC, construction products, wholesale distribution, or a related industry is preferred.
- Experience in Business is considered an asset
- General knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems is considered an asset.
Skills

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
