PROSTAFF is seeking motivated General Labourers for our client in Windsor, ON. This is a full-time position that operates on a rotating continental shift. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking to build a long-term career in logistics and manufacturing.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Perform general warehouse duties including loading/unloading trucks, palletizing, staging, and material movement
· Assist with shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate documentation and handling
· Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production and outbound shipments
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and production areas
· Support inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment
· Follow SOPs and safety guidelines, including PPE requirements
· Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly
· Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
· Assist with material flow to and from production lines to support continuous manufacturing
· Participate in health and safety training, especially regarding lithium-ion battery materials
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics preferred (but not required)
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
· Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory handling
· Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
· Ability to follow safety procedures consistently
· Willingness to work rotating shifts (days/afternoons/nights)
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently to perform the essential duties of the position.
Pay: $18.60/hour
