Responsibilities
' Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential clients via phone and email.
- Explain our services clearly and persuasively to prospective clients.
- Build rapport and trust with clients through excellent communication.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and company offerings.
- Support marketing initiatives through warm calling and outreach.
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on problem-solving.
Qualifications
' Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in B2C or Legal Services.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar software.
- Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of legal services is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Competitive Earning Potential: Uncapped Commissions, bonuses, performance incentives and base salary ($40K).
