Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and digitally driven Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our team on a 1-year contract for maternity leave coverage. This role focuses primarily on influencer marketing, social media content planning, sponsorships & partnerships, and affiliate marketing to help grow brand awareness and engagement.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, trend-savvy, and passionate about content, creator collaborations, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
- Source, manage, and coordinate influencer and creator partnerships
- Execute influencer campaigns and track campaign performance
- Build relationships with brand ambassadors and partners
Social Media & Content Planning
- Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars
- Coordinate social media content, videos, reels, and digital ads
- Monitor social media trends and performance analytics
Sponsorships & Partnerships
- Identify and manage sponsorship, collaboration, and PR opportunities
- Coordinate partnerships, events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
Affiliate Marketing
- Manage and grow affiliate marketing programs and partnerships
- Monitor affiliate performance and campaign results
CRM & Marketing Support
- Execute monthly newsletters and SMS campaigns
- Assist with showroom seasonal styling and marketing promotions
- Support marketing administrative tasks and reporting
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and international colleagues on marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
- Excellent emotional intelligence (EQ), communication, organization, and project management skills
- Experience with content planning, influencer campaigns, and affiliate marketing preferred
Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
