Job Description:
The Lot Attendant is responsible for organizing and positioning all vehicles and inventory in the dealership, ensuring the showroom and lot are clean and fully operational.
This position requires a fair amount of time to be spent outside in all weather and requires lifting of up to 20lbs. This is a customer-facing position and requires exceptional service standards, and proper clean attire as part of the team.
Term: Temporary, Part-Time

Wage: $18 - $20 per hour
Primary Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining vehicles – wash, vacuum, wipe down, clean and spot polish exterior of cars and wipe down service vehicles
- Organize cars in stock on the lot and manage where they are positioned
- Arrange to get vehicles to and from off-site detailing in a timely manner
- Drop off and pick up customers
- Ensure cleanliness of showroom and lot, including spot cleaning of showroom windows
- Daily garbage and recycling removal within the facility
- Janitorial work such as keeping bathrooms and facilities clean and tidy
Position Requirements/ Qualifications:

- Strong product knowledge, and professional demeanor

- A strong work ethic and dedication to the team
- Knowledge of safe work procedures (WHMIS)
- Computer literacy (Basic) for MS Office and other industry programs
- Valid driver’s license required
