The Charge Technologist - Evening Shift is responsible for the evening shift including supervising staff, operating equipment, procuring specimens, maintaining equipment where applicable and performing technical procedures in accordance with established professional standards and hospital policies.
Successful completion of recognized competency assessment exam and registration in the relevant field(s) of practice in accordance with the Canadian Alliance of Medical Laboratory Professionals Regulators (CAMLPR) pathways, or certification with the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS). Successful completion of a recognized diploma program in Medical Laboratory Technology. Three years laboratory experience including one year's supervisory experience.
