Position Overview:
As the Beverage Manager, you will support, standardize, and elevate day-to-day bar operations across all outlets. This posting is for a currently existing vacancy. You will lead the development of beverage programs and menus with a strong focus on brand values, consistency, and profitability—while partnering closely with operational leaders and bar teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Regular meaningful time spent behind bars during service (50% of working hours)

Seasonal menu development

Feature cocktails/programs in alignment with partnerships

Build brand relationships to maximize support

Consolidate purchasing/ordering of liquor, beer and wine

Manage inventory levels, tracking missing product and waste

Manage Bar Prep/Cocktail Lab

Lead tastings, menu rollouts

Ongoing training/support of bar teams to maintain standards
