Complete Restoration Services is seeking a motivated individual to become part of our team as a Lead Carpenter. This role will require the individual to work in a team environment and supervise others while on projects which include sub-trades and co-workers.
This role requires the individual to have strong communication skills as you will be expected to communicate with clients, coworkers, sub-trades, and Project Managers/Coordinators.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Industry experience preferred (2-5 years of construction-related services).
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
- Ability to speak english at a minimum
- IICRC accreditations WRT or ASD is a bonus
Requirements for Success:
- Repairs to wooden structures of all sorts
- Rough Framing and finish carpentry
- Drywalling, mudding, sanding, and finishing
- Brush and roller painting (could include walls, ceilings, trim, landscapes, and portraiture not included)
- Ceiling installation, knockdown, and texturing
- Insulation and vapour barrier installation
- Installation of Doors and Windows
- Trim, moldings, and baseboards
- Hardware installation
- Cabinetry

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
