We are seeking a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for motorcycles. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of motorcycle models to ensure optimal performance and safety for our customers. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on motorcycles, including oil changes, brake replacements, tire services, and engine diagnostics
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment
- Disassemble and reassemble motorcycle components with precision and care
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs efficiently and accurately
- Conduct safety inspections to identify potential issues before they become problems
- Maintain detailed service records for each motorcycle serviced
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs needed and provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in motorcycle repair or a related field
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
- Experience with power tools used in motorcycle repair is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Certification or technical training in motorcycle repair is required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred
