Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. Duties
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications using languages such as Java, C#, Python, C++, Ruby on Rails, and VBA.
- Develop and maintain web applications utilizing JavaScript, front-end frameworks, and REST APIs to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Manage database systems including SQL, MySQL, and application-specific data storage solutions; optimize queries for performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into functional software features.
- Implement cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS and Azure services for deployment and scalability.
- Utilize version control systems such as GitHub, Git, SVN to manage code repositories effectively.
- Participate in Agile development cycles including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery of value.
- Write clean, efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards; perform code reviews and testing.
- Troubleshoot issues across the full stack of applications; perform debugging and troubleshooting on Linux and Windows environments.
- Contribute to API design and integration efforts ensuring secure and efficient communication between services.
Skills
- Proven experience in software development with proficiency in Java, C#, Python, C++, Ruby on Rails, or VBA.
- Strong background in web development including JavaScript frameworks and front-end technologies.
- Experience working with SQL databases such as MySQL or similar relational database management systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for deployment and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design principles; experience integrating third-party APIs.
- Hands-on experience with version control tools including GitHub, Git, SVN.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies for iterative development processes.
- Working knowledge of Linux operating systems; ability to develop in cross-platform environments.
- Familiarity with application development frameworks such as.NET or similar technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $100,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
