Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing machines with precision and efficiency
- Sew, alter, and finish garments according to specifications
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
- Perform basic maintenance on sewing equipment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in professional sewing or garment production
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, stitching techniques, and garment construction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
