Luftstrom Manufacturing produces large industrial components used in heavy-duty operating environments. Our work involves structural fabrication, heavy plate welding, and precision assembly.
We are looking for skilled welders who take pride in quality workmanship and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, FCAW, and Sub-Arc welding
- Weld structural and heavy plate assemblies
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and weld symbols
- Fit and tack components prior to welding
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and weld quality
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of industrial welding experience
- Experience working with carbon steel plate
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Strong understanding of weld distortion control
CWB certification is considered an asset.

Compensation & Benefits
- $30 – $40 per hour (based on experience and skills)
- Overtime available after probation
