The
Technical Tooling Representative is responsible for the promotion and sale of technical products from our range of hand tools and power tools, with a focus on the plumbing industry. He is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, and advising and supporting customers in product selection and after-sales service

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop the exclusive brand in all the branches of the network, applying a targeted growth plan and maximizing product visibility in each point of sale.
- Develop and implement sales generation strategies (existing customers and new prospects), optimize processes to drive sales growth and achieve objectives for the province of Quebec
- Prepare compelling sales presentations or demonstrations, with a focus on product benefits and relevance.
- Conduct in-depth discussions with potential customers to assess their needs and assess sales conversion potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions, and to provide post-sales follow-up
- Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive communication and regular follow-up.
- Train and support internal teams (branch managers, salespeople) on Cromson products, their benefits, pricing and programs.
- Organize demonstrations and training sessions for end customers in collaboration with internal teams.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products.
- Participate in the implementation of a marketing plan for our private labels
- Collaborate with the purchasing and marketing team to optimize the Cromson offer.
- Perform all other tasks related to the development of Cromson in the network.
- Improve your sales skills and keep up to date with industry trends.
Specific skills
- Proven track record of success in outside sales roles in industrial distribution.
- Proven skills in technical communication, sales, industrial marketing and market analysis combined with the appropriate training.
- Excellent technical knowledge of products and services in the industrial field, particularly in the plumbing industry.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to listen, gain the trust of others, and carry out actions, projects, resolutions, and sales with customers.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, able to optimize operations and generate efficiency gains.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactical sales plans.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Comfortable with the use of the Office 365 suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
