RE/MAX Hallmark is a large Real Estate Brokerage with branches across the GTA, Simcoe County, Peterborough and Ottawa. We are looking for a Real Estate Deal Administrator with experience to be on location at our Head Office located in Toronto.
- Manage and respond to all agent's emails on a timely basis.
- Communicates with Realtors, Branch Managers, Administrators other Brokerages and Lawyers on various issues including missing documentation and requirements.
- Send EFT commission payments to agents and Coop Brokerages
- Send out a trade record sheet to all agents.
- Follow up with other brokerage and lawyers regarding commission payments.
- Remind and follow up with agents about submitting paperwork (i.e. listing agreements) for deal processing and any other tasks related to the daily function of the deal processing department
- Process and reviews real estate transactions ensuring documentation and set up in system is complete and complies with company policies, procedures, and regulations,
- Train as backup to other roles in the deals department,
- Collaborate with team members and others within the organization to support the development and improvement of business solutions,
- Continuously re-align priorities and objectives to meet changing business needs.
Qualifications:
- Secondary Education,
- Previous Business Experience – Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate brokerage environment or a real estate law practice, including experience processing transactions and calculating payments to Realtor or other Brokerages,
- Ability to solve routine problems independently and analyze complex issues for possible resolutions,
- Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and BrokerWolf (Lonewolf), and SkySlope,
- Outstanding communication skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal English required.

Pay: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
