SKOTIDAKIS is an industry leader in Greek Yogurt and Feta Cheese.
We currently have openings for experienced Forklift operators in our yogurt and cheese plant. The job is Monday to Friday (day shift and night shift)
Tasks:
- Follow plant safety procedures and GMPs
- Shunt trucks in the yard
- Perform basic maintenance on trucks or forklifts
- Willing to drive various vehicles if needed (Zoom Boom, Reach, Farm Tractor, fueling pick up truck)
Shunting duties:
- Load trucks with outbound product
- Install, wrap, and secure goods
- Pick orders
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Keep warehouse tidy, includes weekly sweeping of floor
CONDITIONS
- WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM-5:30 PM (Morning),
JOB OVERVIEW
- The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, stack, and count refrigerated and frozen products in a fast-paced, cold storage environment.
Experience:
- Forklift: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Forklift Licence (required)
