Full-Time Treatment Coordinator

Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 6:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Full-time | No evenings or weekends
What You'll Do
- Welcome and build relationships with our patients
- Coordinate and present treatment plans with confidence and compassion
- Help patients understand their treatment options and financial arrangements
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized workflow
- Work closely with our clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience
What We're Looking For
- Dental industry experience is mandatory
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is a strong asset
- Experience with Tracker Software is an asset
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
