We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of kitchen leaders me chef for South Indian dishes and tandoor experience . This position plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring high standards of food preparation and service. Responsibilities
- Prepare Biryani and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Serve food and beverages to customers with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Handle food items with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures.
- Participate in inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in serving, food preparation, cooking, or related roles within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new techniques in meal preparation.
