We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Site Maintenance & Cleaning Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. This role is responsible for the daily cleaning, basic maintenance, and overall appearance of the facility, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and operating properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize playground equipment, tables, chairs, washrooms, party rooms, and common areas throughout the day.
- Restock washrooms and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Perform routine inspections to identify cleaning or maintenance needs.
- Complete minor repairs such as tightening fixtures, replacing light bulbs, adjusting furniture, and other basic maintenance tasks.
- Report equipment damage, safety hazards, or repair needs to management.
- Assist with opening and closing cleaning procedures.
- Maintain outdoor areas, including entrances, sidewalks, keeping them clean and safe.
- Follow all health and safety policies, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Respond promptly to spills, accidents, and other cleaning emergencies.
- Support other team members with general facility upkeep as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing a clean and safe environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions
- Active role requiring frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and cleaning.
- Indoor work with occasional outdoor maintenance duties.
- Use of cleaning chemicals and maintenance equipment in accordance with safety procedures.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
