Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in various functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, administrative experience, and familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and others. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to HR projects, streamline processes, and enhance employee engagement within a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist with talent acquisition processes including recruiting, HR sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using ATS platforms like iCIMS or Lever.
- Support employee relations initiatives by maintaining open communication channels and addressing employee inquiries professionally.
- Manage data entry and data collection related to HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Kronos, and Ceridian to ensure accurate records.
- Coordinate training & development programs and assist with scheduling sessions to promote employee growth.
- Support payroll processing activities by collaborating with payroll providers like ADP or Payforce and ensuring timely data submission.
- Contribute to change management projects by assisting in communication plans and documentation updates.
- Maintain organized records of HR activities, including documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate on HR projects involving project management tools and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within HR departments.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Kronos, Ceridian, or similar systems.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like iCIMS or Lever is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of payroll systems including ADP or equivalent platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction across teams and departments.
- Ability to manage data entry accurately and handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Experience in recruiting processes including interviewing and talent sourcing is preferred.
- Administrative experience supporting HR functions such as training & development or employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
- Proficiency with data collection tools and reporting software to analyze HR metrics effectively.

This position is integral to supporting our human resources operations through effective coordination, system management, and communication—contributing to a positive workplace environment and organizational success.
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
