We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will support daily operations in a fast-paced environment, contributing to overall productivity and efficiency. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Duties:
- Perform general labour tasks, including loading and unloading materials
- Assist with the setup and teardown of equipment and work areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Safely operate hand and power tools as required
- Identify and report equipment issues or workplace hazards to supervisors in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Previous experience in construction, warehouse, or general labour is an asset, but not required
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions, as needed
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license is considered an asset
