Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team in <LOCATION>. As a Cleaner at The Forest Hill Group, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that our clients expect. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the comfort and safety of luxury residential environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and amenity spaces
- Vacuum carpets and rugs in all designated areas
- Sweep and mop hard floor surfaces to maintain cleanliness and safety
- Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, railings, and elevator buttons
- Empty garbage and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal
- Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, and interior windows as required
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages
- Identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
- Follow established cleaning schedules and health & safety standards
- Qualifications
- Proven custodial or cleaning experience, preferably in commercial or upscale residential settings.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Prior experience in luxury or high-end property environments is a plus.

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
