Position Overview:
We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career in the landscape industry. Experience is an asset, but the most important qualities we’re seeking are a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. You’ll work alongside experienced landscapers and gain hands-on training in both hardscape and softscape work, as well as snow removal operations in the winter.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with the installation of interlock patios, walkways, retaining walls, stone borders, and steps.
- Learning how to prepare sites with excavation, compactors, and laser levels for proper grading.
- Helping with softscape work such as sod installation, planting trees/shrubs, mulching, and shaping beds.
- Training on the use of equipment like MT100 mini track loaders, sod cutters, saws, and compactors.
- Supporting snow plowing and salting operations during the winter season.
- Working with a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
What You Must Bring:

✅ Physically fit, able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather.
✅ Reliable transportation to our yard or job sites.
✅ Experience in landscaping, construction, or snow plowing is an asset but not required — training will be provided.
