Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual (English/Spanish) Client Service and Data Integrity Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining accurate client data, supporting customer relationships, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, experience with SaaS platforms like Salesforce, and a background in financial services, marketing, or customer service. Responsibilities
- Manage and update client accounts within CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for bilingual clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account management teams to facilitate project execution and client engagement.
- Conduct analysis of client data to identify trends, discrepancies, or opportunities for process improvement.
- Support project management activities related to client onboarding, retention, and account updates.
- Utilize Salesforce and other SaaS tools to track interactions, manage workflows, and generate reports.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with industry regulations within financial services or related sectors.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams through various channels, demonstrating excellent communication skills in both languages.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, account management, or client service roles.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar SaaS platforms is preferred.
- Experience working within SaaS environments, financial services, or marketing industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—in bilingual settings.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous project management experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
