Archaic Masonry Inc. is looking for a reliable, hard-working labourer to join our team.
This is a full-time seasonal position with the opportunity to learn a skilled trade from experienced masons. If you’re willing to work hard, show up every day, and want to build a career, we’ll teach you the rest.
Masonry is a trade that’s always in demand, and experienced masons can earn an excellent living. If you’re looking for more than “just another labour job,” this could be the start of a long-term career.
What you’ll do:
- Lift and carry materials weighing 50+ lbs overhead and throughout the day
- Mix mortar and prepare materials
- Load and unload tools and equipment
- Set up and clean job sites
- Assist with brick, block, and stone projects
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Learn the masonry trade alongside experienced professionals
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding manual labour
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs overhead repeatedly
- Willing to work at heights and on scaffolding
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation is considered an asset
- Construction experience is an asset, but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
