Job Summary: The Hilton Garden Inn Ajax is hiring a Banquet Server with at least 2 years of banquet experience, including portering, bartending, and serving. Applications lacking this experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Must hold a valid Smart Serve certification
- Provide attentive food and beverage service to guests
- Perform cleaning duties and maintain a tidy environment
- Exhibit excellent memory skills for recalling menu items and procedures
- Demonstrate flexibility with open availability for days, nights, and weekends
- Deliver high-quality service in accordance with Hilton Brand Standards
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Maintain a professional image and communicate clearly
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, even under pressure
- Execute any additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
