Clearview Demolition is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction superintendent looking for a new challenge. Demolition is fast-paced, technical, and rewarding—and your construction knowledge is a huge asset.
As a Site Superintendent, you'll be responsible for managing demolition projects from start to finish while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standard. You'll lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, communicate with clients, and keep projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of demolition site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards.
- Plan and coordinate project activities, equipment, and manpower.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety meetings.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and productivity.
- Manage site documentation, daily reports, and project records.
- Problem-solve and make informed decisions to keep projects moving forward.
- Maintain quality standards while meeting project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction or Demolition Site Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, sequencing, and site management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (Class 1 or 3 is considered an asset).
- First Aid, COR, CSTS, or other safety certifications are considered assets.
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
